Community Pickup
Church and after-school pickup on the same staff queue.
A church weekday program and an after-school program dismiss children the same way a daycare does: staff at that location, a queue, and an adult the program has already allowed. Community Pickup is that staff handoff. It is one product for daycare, church, and after-school pickup, not three different gates.
What stays the same across the three settings
Staff supervise the pickup. The queue is how they see the line. The authorized-adult check is how they know the person at the door is allowed for that child. An active Hold blocks release in a church hallway the same way it blocks release at a daycare door. The Hold rule is not relaxed because the building is a church or a school cafeteria.
Daycare detail is on daycare pickup. The adult check is on authorized release.
Starting an organization
Create an organization uses the form already on the Community Pickup home page. The form creates the organization and a location. It does not collect a child on this page. Billing is not live, and this is not a live pilot.
Questions
Do church and after-school programs use a different product?
No. They use the same staff queue, the same authorized-adult check, and the same Hold rule as a daycare.
Does a Hold still block release at a church or after-school site?
Yes. An active Hold blocks release.
